We want you to be happy with your order from YAGO CHILDREN EDUCATIONAL STORE. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
1) Change of mind
You may return unopened and unused items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Items must be in original condition with all packaging, tags, and inserts.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we made an error.
2) Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
We will replace the item or issue a refund, including reasonable return shipping where applicable.
3) Non-returnable items
Downloadable files or digital codes once delivered.
Opened activity packs with consumables used.
Custom or made-to-order items, unless faulty.
4) How to start a return
Email support@yagoseries.com or WhatsApp +2347041409534 with: order number, item, reason, and photos where relevant. We will confirm next steps and provide the return address.
5) Refund timeline
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Shipping fees are not refundable unless we were at fault.
6) Exchanges
Subject to stock availability. If not available, we will offer a refund.
