1) Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods this may extend slightly.

2) Delivery options and times
Standard delivery: 2–5 business days in major cities.

Outside major cities: 3–7 business days.

You will receive SMS or email updates with tracking where available.

3) Fees
Delivery fees are shown at checkout based on location and order weight.

4) Missed delivery
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier may reattempt or hold at a pickup point. Uncollected parcels may be returned to us. Reshipping may require an additional fee.

5) Risk and title
Risk passes to you on delivery to the address provided. Please check parcels before signing where possible.
